MusicMakers is always looking for talented, experienced, and ethical instructors in virtually every instrument and voice. We are most impressed with candidates with exceptional teaching ability and experience. We offer training on universal methods, as well as our own approaches and are happy to hone the skills of young teachers, or learn from the skills of veteral teachers alike.
Our teaching environment is not for everyone. We expect more of our teachers than the average school and have a very different atmosphere than a music store. As an academy, we are very academically organized. You will find that there is an outer structure with specific goals for each student, but within that structure you will have freedom to use the methods you feel work best for each particular student.
